Same Day Dispatch

All orders placed before 2PM on a standard working day will be dispatched the same day, unless we notify you otherwise. While we use an overnight delivery service with a target delivery time frame of the following working day, orders may take an additional working day to reach rural or South Island addresses. We will endeavor to ensure that stated delivery times are kept, however due to circumstances outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive as per the stated delivery time/s. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or any address in which we deem suspicious, and are not responsible for lost goods, damaged goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in a good condition, or are concerned about the delivery of your order please contact us at hello@whytelinecollective.co.nz within five days of the shipment date.
