Thankfully, we're here to outline the whens, whys, and hows of delivery and returns here at Whyteline Collective.

Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders over the value of $300.00 may require further verification of payment, in which case we will contact you using the details you have provided. If you would like to avoid processing delays, we recommend having your order delivered to a business address, or collecting using Click & Collect. For all urgent orders, please call us on 07-862 8783.
Delivery
Whyteline Collective's elected courier is New Zealand Post, and we use an overnight, signature required service with a target delivery timeframe of the following working day. Please allow an additional working day for rural addresses. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods, goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address, or additional charges for re-delivery. While we endeavour to ensure stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per the stated delivery times.
Goods will not be delivered to PO Boxes, Private Bags, or any addresses that we deem suspicious.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a service offered to those in, or passing through Paeroa, and is available for any order placed on our website. Timeframes for processing vary, so please ensure you call ahead for urgent orders so we can ensure your goods are ready to be collected.
You will receive an SMS notification when your order is ready to collect. You must present a valid form of identification and the card used to make your purchase at the time of collection. Failure to do so may result in further delays with the processing of your order.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Orders
If you place an order for the incorrect item/s, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so will require you to return your order to us at your cost, so be sure to let us know prior to dispatch.
If you receive incorrect item/s in your order, please contact us within five working days to ensure the correct goods are dispatched instead.
Please contact us in the event your order arrives damaged, or an item faulty. We will work with our suppliers to ensure a suitable remedy is provided. We will always fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Returns
All items, excluding those included in the list below, are eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and sent back to us within 14 working days. We understand that navigating sizing can be tricky when buying online, so you are welcome to try item/s on for size. You must not remove the labels or throw away any of the packaging.

If you wish to return a product for an exchange, refund, or credit, please contact us within five working days of receiving your order for more information. If an order is sent back to us and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to the sender.
